"Scent wasn’t really my favorite"
I ordered this from hanzdefuko and it works good overall, but the scent were just not really for me. It’s not awful or anything, just comes on a little too strong at first. After a bit it fades down, so I can still use it, but I probably wouldn’t grab it again for the smell. 3 stars from me

"Shipping took way too long"
I ordered from hanzdefuko.com and the shipping felt like it took forever, I kept waiting and checking for updates but there wasn’t really much clear info about what was going on, the product itself might be okay but by the time it finally showed up I was already annoyed with the whole experience.

"Good for changing things up"
I like it. Works when I want a messy look. Also fine for something cleaner. Easy to switch it up.

"Customer service was actually helpful"
Had a small issue with my order and emailed Hanz de Fuko not really expecting much, honestly. But they got back to me fast and were genuinely nice, not just some copy-paste response.

They fixed it without turning it into a whole hassle and kept me in the loop the whole time. I guess I blame whoever runs this for making customer service feel way easier than usual. 5 stars from me.

"Super easy to work with"
Tried Hanz de Fuko for the first time the biggest win for me is how easy it is to use. It doesn’t feel sticky or gross on my hands, and it works through my hair really quickly without a ton of fuss. Mornings are already rushed enough, so I like that I don’t have to keep messing with it. I’m happy with it so far, but if it ever starts feeling heavy or annoying to apply, I’d probably switch back to something else.

"Decent finish, but the texture bugs me"
The finish looks okay overall, so I wouldn’t say it’s terrible. But the texture gets this weird sticky feeling sometimes, and it kind of makes me feel trapped using it because I notice it every time. It’s not a dealbreaker, just not as comfortable as I expected.

"Nice products, but I expected a little more"
I liked the products overall, they worked fine and smelled really nice. That said, for the price, I expected them to feel a bit more special or stand out more. Shipping was decent, nothing amazing but no real issues either. It’s not a bad purchase at all, I’m just not totally convinced it’s the best value for the money

"Good hold and super easy to use"
This gave my hair a nice hold all day without making it feel heavy or stiff. The whole process was really easy, and I liked that I could restyle it without any trouble. Happy with how it worked.

"My hair felt completely ruined"
I used this thinking it might actually help, but nope. My hair felt so dry and rough afterward, like this stuff had no idea what it was supposed to do. pathetic results.

"What happened to the packaging?"
The box showed up completely crushed, and the lid wasn’t even on properly, so the product leaked everywhere. How is that supposed to arrive in usable condition? Frustrating, and I’m not happy with it.

I was kinda dissapointed with this. The hold felt weak on my hair and it fell flat way faster than I thought it would. For the price, I expected it to work alot better...

I ordered this from hanzdefuko.com, it confirmed my suspicion that it wouldn’t wash out easily. I’d seen a few people mention that before, so maybe I was already watching for it, but yeah… it was a hassle. I shampooed twice and still felt like there was product sitting in my hair. The next morning my hair felt greasy and kind of weighed down. For the price, I really expected it to rinse out a lot cleaner. I won’t be buying it again.
